My friend Trevor was driving to a friends house yesterday to pick up some aftermarket goodies. He turns right on this double lane highway at a light and gets held up by this minivan doing like 35 in the 50 zone. He passes her. No big deal. Well this done up 240SX sr20 turbo was behind him and did the same. When this 240 gunned it he lost traction and spun out hitting a light pole and flipped over.
Trevor heard the skidding tires and saw this guy flipping over in his rear view. He stopped imediately and turned back to help. He gets uot and the woman who was in the minivan starts yelling at Trevor "I saw what you did! You were street racing!"
To make a long story short. He got nabbed for street racing, reckless driving, driving to endanger, intent on harming others with a motor vehicle, and exhibition of illegal speed.
He was only going 45 when this happened. He had nothing to do with the accident and he sure wouldnt street race! Just be cause this broad didnt like that she got passed. She feels the need to blame someone with lies and BS stories. She totally made up the whole story on a police report that they lined up and was weaving through traffic and that Trevor rammed the guy off the road. Man, I hate stupid people who thrive on the heartache and misfortunes of others.
